The asking rent does not include letting application fees. Depending on the number of applicants and the property you select, the following upfront fees (Including VAT) apply:

Cost of end of tenancy cleaning and repairs: To be deducted from deposit (only if applicable and after allowing for fair wear and tear)

Complete Lettings is a local independent Lettings Agent that specialises exclusively in lettings, tenant finds and property management. We are now in our tenth year of providing a quality service for landlords and tenants.

Complete Lettings is registered with The Deposit Protection Service (DPS) and all tenant deposits are lodged with them in the only Government authorised Custodial deposit scheme; neither Complete Lettings, nor the landlord, has access to these deposits. Tenants are able to log onto the DPS website and view the details of the deposit, update contact details and when moved out, request payment.

All tenant rents received and prior to payment to the landlord, are held in a client bank account separate from the accounts of Complete Lettings. The proprietor holds professional indemnity and public liability insurance.

In compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015: Duty of Letting Agents to Publicise Fees etc. (Exclusion) (England) Regulations 2015: We are not a member of a client money protection scheme. We are a member of the Property Redress Scheme, Membership No. PRS001123.
